Inspired bykinetic artist Yaacov Agam, this dynamic building pushes the boundaries oftraditional architecture, with a stunning façade created from fresh angles, bright colors and elegant lines. Containing 110 apartments plus retail andcommercial spaces, the project has been completed in 2014.
Floor to ceilingglass across wide frontages of each façade provide spectacular views of thepark and city from all living areas and bedrooms. Acute angles, cantileveredwindows and deeply recessed loggias create a unique sense of space whilestructural panels of stark yellow and brilliant red surprise and excite. Theapartments feature generous living areas that maximise the sense of space andare seamlessly integrated with the elegant lines of the façade. The exterioroperable louvres become a striking element of the apartment interiors and allowthe residents to control sunlight, privacy and outlook.
