项目概况:
Dupli Casa designed by Berlin-based studio J. Mayer H. in 2008 is located near Ludwigsburg,Germany. The white nonlinear building of three stories has the land area of 6900 m2 and the floor area of 1190 m2; the new concept, modern appearance and blurred space form have the significant impact on the development of architectural design. Based on the footprint of the house that previously was located on the site, the architect creates a semi-public space on ground level by rotating the third story into 225 degree. Adopt the concept of liquid to erase the sharpcorners from the building. The smooth corner and soft edges seamlessly connect the ceiling, ground and the wall, and all the architectural elements are blended into one unit. After the duplication and rotation, the outdoor volumes are irregular. Highlight the design of the inside staircase, wardrobe and hovel as the core of the interior design. There are in this house an indoor pool and a garden that includes undulating spaces for children and a massage room. An outdoor pool with a white surface is shown as a perfect reflection of the house as if it was face down on the ground, this elegant mirror can showthrough a large aperture lens. The floor of the inside and the frame of the French window use the black materials which add more atmospheres in the fresh design. The large French widow and the façade of the villa adopt the design of stacking to blur the boundary of the spaces and offers spectacular views onto the old town.
