2015 Global EMBA Wisdom & Future Submit sponsored "Integrating Wisdom for Prosperous Future"

On March 14th, 2015 Global EMBA Wisdom & Future Submit sponsored by the Global EMBA Union and co-organized by Metrostudio successfully held in Shenzhen.

Themed in "Integrating Wisdom for Prosperous Future", it had drawn the attentions of the world and invited the industry leaders and elite of the real estate ecosystem including Mr. Liu Pingchun, President of OCT Group, Mr. Chen Jian, President of OCT Real Estate Company, Mr. Antonio Inglese,CEO & Chief Designer of Metrostudio, Mr. Eugene Zhang, Executive Directorof Metrosstudio and Vice-President & Secretary General of Shenzhen EMBA Union, Mr. Liu Zhihong, President of 3nod Group, Mr. Hou Hongliang, President of DXY Technology (Asia) Co., Limited,Mr. Xu Hang, President of Shenzhen Pengrui Investment Group, Mr.Fan Zhiquan, President of Shenzhen Guangtian Decoration Group, Mr. Huang Zhuo,Founder & CEO of Gizwits, Mr. Ke Yingfeng, President of ZSZ Group,etc. Around 300 EMBA alumni from more than 100 elite enterprises had gathered together to analyze and explore the opportunities and challenges in the ereal estate industry under the New Normal environment of China.

It was the first forum in Shenzhen fully focusing on the cross boundary and integration between real estate and internet and also one of the most influential forums in the real estate industry.

In the Submit, industry leaders around the theme, from their professional knowledge and experiences, expressed their understanding on the Smart City's Future and Innovation. "The traditional Building Construction combined with the forefront internet industry is a new topic in the real estate industry", Mr.Liu Pingchun said, "In the early stage, our OCT Group has made some attempts,such as the combination of real estate, tourism and culture. The real estate industry should look for more opportunities, such as the cross boundary and multi–cultural integration". Mr. Antonio Inglese expressed that "we designers should strengthen the control of the intelligent system and let life full of wisdom". Mr. Eugene Zhang said in an interview with the media "the Summit provides a platform for industry leaders and elite to discuss and explore the cross boundaryand integration between internet and real estate in the new normal environment, express their visions and push the developmentof the real estate industry and smart city."
