Metrostudio Attended the Product Conference of LVGEM Mangrove No. 1

On Sept. 17 evening, Metrostudio was invited to attend the Product Conference of LVGEM Mangrove No. 1 Project. Mr. Antonio Inglese, Founder, CEO and Chief Design, Mr. Tan Gongling, Director and Design Director together with the design team have been presented the grand opening ceremony.

On the Conference, Mr. Antonio Inglese as the special guest told the project inspiration and design story.

The project is located in Shazui coastal area, Shenzhen, Shazui Road and Binhai Avenue on the north; with good living atmosphere, the site is surrounded by middle-range residences. The land is quite flat.

The landscape design comes from the “breeze” from the sea. The “breeze” meets and crashes into the site, providing different functional areas. Along with the breeze, the waves also come inside.Extract the linear language of wave in the design. Different currents flow freely inside and form various spaces, creating a new comfortable living experience.

 

The landscape design not only combines with the existing environment but also echoes the style of buildings. Adopt the similar elements, such as color, steel and glass, etc. in accordance with the buildings to build a harmonious and interesting green environment.
