Metrostudio Lecture | Designers' No Paper Times

On Nov. 25th afternoon,  Mr. Guo Sheng, ACLA Senior Landscape and Project Manager was invited by Metrostudio to come Shenzhen office and give a sharing of Design's No Paper Times.

Firstly, Mr. Lyon Tan, Director and Design Director of Metrostudio warmly welcomed Mr. Guo Sheng; then, Ms Cindy Chen, charger of Brand Dept., shortly introduced Mr Gu Sheng's background.

In the sharing, Mr. Guo Sheng showed the strong function of Procrete softaware in Landscape design through lots of site operation and vedio. The easy and simple operations made audiences futherly understand how designers worked quickly through ipad and discussed with clients and modified the design concept quickly, and also the skills and experiences in the project report.

The sharing is professional and funny and Mr. Guo Sheng actively interacted with the audiences and answered their questions. The sharing caused bursts of applause. The sharing ended up with pictures-taking.

The sharing introduced the basic functions of Procreate; through the onsite operations, the sharing showed the strong functions of advanced layer system, magic wand tool, colors, design process recording, playback, export, sharing, etx. The brand-new working method would be helpful for the previous design concept in the project, to understand clients' requirements, onsite design and modification. It would also save the human cost and also add the clients' participation in the design. Meantime, it would save the cost of the tradditional materials, such as mark pen, vegetable parchment, etc.

The sharing aimed at encouraging designers to effectively complete the design work through the combination between the convenient and tradditional work method, increasing the company core competitiveness and saving the operation cost.
