Metrostudio 2017 Outdoor Training

On June 17th, 2017, to promote the new and old relationship, the  cooperation among differnt departments and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise, Metrostudio staff led by Mr. Eugene Zhang, director and general manager came to Qixing Bay, Nan'ao and developed one-day outdoor training.

Although the rain was heavy,  our mood was still high.Through rich interactive games, we deeply realized the importance of teamwork and communication, and we should learn empathy, understanding and tolerance, mutual love, to inspire the strong team cohesion.

The training included: break the ice and set sail, set up the team , 99' passion, decisive battle, stirring, graduation wall, etc. During the entire process, the colleagues were fully into the games with true devotion, mutual trust, to overcome difficulties and take efforts to complete various tasks.

Firstly, “break the ice and set sail”， we were devided into four teams: Qilin, Forward, King and Eagle Team. Through several samll games, with extremely high enthusiasm to participate in, we fully understand the team cooperation spirit and realize the importance of cooperation and common efforts.

"99" Passion", through seamless coordination among team members, rapid response to solve the problem, collaboration, we perfect to complete the final target, share the joy of success and rethink problems of the team.

"Decisive battle", was made up of three different roles: officer, commander,  soldier. The soldier was blindfolded to fight, the officers conveyed messages by body language to the commander, the commander understands the message and instruct soldier to "kill".  Through the conversion of different roles, colleagues fully understood how to see the the problem in the macro view, how different characters in different positions viewed the same question; in the team, we should accurately express our thoughts, constantly feedback facilitating communication.

The final "Graduation wall" highlighted the training. Facing the seemingly impossible task, after many failures and collective punishment, we found and adjusted the problems. Although everyone was tired physically and mentally, we kept trying for the final success.

Finally we worked together and completed the difficult task. We embraced each other and shed tears of delight.

What a memorable training in the rain. After the activity, everyone gathered together to have the DIY BBQ at the beach, share the food, wine, and the joy, the pure touch.We had a very meaningful, wonderful and  unforgettable day.
