On 15 October 2021, the 16th Kinpan Awards for the comprehensive category in the Fujian & Shenzhan region, organised by Golden Plate and Times Property Magazine, was held in Shenzhen, with the shocking unveiling of the winners.

Metrostudio Won 3 Kinpan Awards in Fujian & Shenzhen Region. Shenzhen Galaxy COCO Park won "Best Commercial Property of the Year", Putian Dynasty Yuhu Mansion won "Best Pre-sale Property of the Year", Shenzhan Aoyuan Jade Bay won "Best residence of the Year".
