The project is close to Xuanwu Avenue, near the headquarters of Suning, surrounded by high-tech industrial parks. The environment resources are relatively abundant. Tall buildings center on the center landscape, providing a good internal landscape view and a private good place.
Inspired by Suning’s logo of "yellow lion", designers themed in “Young age and Charming new birth” adopt the modern and simple , art and nature language to build a dynamic, art, changeful and intelligent community garden. Adopt new materials-glass block and corten steel for the featured waterscape, while the fun construct, using colorful acrylic board and dark gray steel structure, has artistic feeling under the light and the color lines.
The site is divided into three groups: Fashionable Group, design link spaces through featured tree house, waterscape in the axis, leisure garden and art construct, to create community garden of literature and art with clear functional and build the courtyard landscape with strong fashionable and artistic feeling; Energy Group, through the night-light runway, multi-functional lawn, fun paradise, basketball court and leisure outdoor living room, cube garden, give residents a healthy living environment; Wisdom Group, multi-functional and intelligent life SIRI and cloud services system, hand-held intelligent family, gather and integrate the community integration of resources to build a better life.
