Shenzhen | 10000 sqm + 30 Buildings | 2012
The project is aimed to use the landscape to connect villas, sea and mountains. Imagine that the green landscape flows down from mountains, crossing forests, through the villas, to the sea. Between mountain and water, among trees, there is an elegant living community. The private front and back yard of each villa extends the outdoor activity space.
To recall the light gray and interlaced concise buildings, the color of blue and green is adopted in the villa landscape and to live up the whole environment. For public area, the landscape mainly follows the concept of "the design should harmonious and unified and improve quality". The grass covering from the roof of the sentry box to the ground connects the highland. Use wooden grid as the façade of sentry box to combine with the buildings. The trees along the roads and the concise and elegant atmosphere build a cloistered life for people.
