The site is located in the west side of Moon Bay Road, Nanshan District. The land is used for business, office and residence. The buildings in the site are modern, mainly in cool tone. The tower is like the sail surrounded by the terraced podium buildings with the streamline façade.
Landscape planning puts forward the concept of Central Park. In order to maximize the green landscape into architecture and create a new type commercial park, landscape design adopts the concept of Green Penetration. Going down in the pavement and up in the residential area, the green landscape finally brings the ecology into the community environment. Through the rich and three-dimensional space structure, a central park is provided to people nearby for more nature experience.
