The project is located in Nanjing one of Four Great Ancient Capitals of China, also known as “the capital of six dynasties” and “the capital of ten dynasties”. Following its ancient architectural culture, the site through the artistic expression blends the landscape axes and courtyard into the existing background. Diverse topics and humanized design make the space full of artistic and cultural atmosphere. Use the simple and concise design to create a brand new courtyard living space in Nanjing.
It aims to build an energetic high-end community. Bring the concept of Moist & Peak into the design, follow the five strategies of “Dignity of Entrance”, “Courtesy of Courtyard” “Mirror of Wall” ,”Moist of Water” “Peak of Stone” to present different experiences through various elements. Meanwhile, the 18 courtyards (Hanlin Garden, Changle Garden, Water Garden, etc.) are widely different and like a picture. People will have a unique sensory trip along the way. The humanized barrier-free system not only solves the level problem but also is convenient for the vulnerable group.
