CR Land Nanjing Qiaobei the Mixc

CR Land Nanjing Qiaobei the MixC is located in the Jiangbei New District of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, adjacent to the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge and separated from the main city by a river, with a population of nearly one million in the surrounding 5 kilometres. The theme of the project is "Vientiane on the Bridge", which is a clever blend of urban attributes, commercial functions and design aesthetics. Our design creates a memorable thematic space through the observatory point, cross-floor specialty businesses and a rooftop star garden, maximising the integration of space and environment, and becoming a "popular gravitational field" where nature and prosperity merge.

The project connects the city’s businesses and residences with the "Vientiane Life on the Bridge". The building’s diamond-cut ribbons of light are integrated into the glass facade, and the infinite light and shadows float, reflecting the Yangtze River Bridge. At night, the MixC is fully integrated into the surrounding landscape and history, like a magnificent diamond set on the Yangtze River. The dynamic lines of the entrance guide the crowd, and the dance of water and light is encountered in the illusion of light and shadow.
