The project is located in Kunming, Yunnan, Dian Lake on the east, bordering the Wuhua District, Anning City and Lufeng County on the west, Jinning County on the south, and Fumin County and Songming County on the north. Exact the concept of CLOUD and build a high level commercial landscape space through the clear, streamlined and ecological design. Blend the fashion elements such as near field communication, cellphone APP, electronic maps, tablet store, the water curtain advertisement, interactive signs, Internet client reservation, intelligent lighting… in the landscape to provide an fresh shopping experience.
"Float", through the special design technique, creates a floating landscape experience. The cloud shaped rest pavilion and footbridge bring people different feelings, especially when they walk from one area to another, in different floors or different angle of view. "Flow", use the fluent language to connect different spaces. The fluent line tightly links the site together. It drives people walking from the current space into another space and getting sensory experience. "Reflection” is the major element of waterscape to create a relationship between man and nature, among people. Like the surface of the pool can reflect the beautiful sky to shorten the distance with the sky and human. Dry fountain and the activities closing to water can also improve the interpersonal communication and interaction.
