Harbin Bergano International Hot Spring Park Planning Design

Show Project Info
Harbin | 6840,000m2 | 2011
The project is located in Xiangfang District, Harbin City which is notable for its combination of Chinese and European architecture styles. The site covers an area of 667 ha.
The overall planning is “one axis, three towns and five groups”. Mainly centered in the Italian culture axis, we set three featured towns: International Hot Spring Town, Royal Mountain Villa and European Tourism Town. Based on protection and full use of the existing hills, forest and water, develop five various functional groups of Health Resorts Area, Featured Tourist Zone, Fairytales Tourist Zone and European Culture Experience Area and Energetic Area to maximum the value of the land. Natural landscape goes along the water corridors, extends and comes into the whole land. Lessen the human interference, and protect the local nature.
