Shenzhen Founder Southern Headquarters is the coperative project of Italy Metrostudio and Italy IaN+.
The master plan is to design the site “Living Park”, developing the unique urban concept in each zone and unifying the whole site by the concept of “Park”. To make dialogue between park and nature, contrast between nature and artificial construction and harmony between the rational life and natural order, to form a series of new landscape and build the orderly and colorful landscape structure.
The construction with different size and type are distributed in the wide site and create the stable relationship with landscape by terrace, yard and other open space, as part of architectural language. Water, as the obvious mark in public area, comes into being two small channels to connect the three water plaza from the artificial lake. The large low office building surrounding the “Garden Water Plaza” becomes the landscape wall and forms the “Secret Garden Area”.
